Reservoirs virtual Elite squad policy for recruits: Candidates who sent the application form will be notified within 48 hours from the day the application was sent. If candidate has been accepted he will be notified via email with the status of cadet and will be trained and tested in the probation period of 30 days. Cadet will be given special flight tag in this form(=RvE=Callsign*c*). The symbol «*c*» represents cadet status. To be accepted in the squad with the first member degree «junior member» cadet needs to show us his/her qualities in various basic training programs including the daily attendence. New recruit needs to show up at least 4 days a week including official squad practices if arranged. Cadet can be absent by notifying the commanding officer first. After probation period evaluation will take place at arranged time scheduled by training officer. At least two senior officers plus trainer must be attended at the evaluation. If cadet suffices in all given tests he will be given full membership status. If cadet fails he will have another 30 days to pass the tests. If he fails tests twice he will be rejected from the squad.
